Service Description
Prior to your first pet sitting appointment we will require a Meet & Greet session free of charge. For more information please view our meet and greet service or contact us directly. We offer 60 & 30-minute solo dog walks. During these, your dogs will be kept on a lead at all times for your peace of mind (unless you request otherwise). If your dog has a preferred route or certain requirements we will do our best to accommodate this while on the walk.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a walk within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% for the service. Canceling within 24 hours requires the full amount to be paid. This is done as we would not have enough time to find a replacement. ​ If you wish to cancel pet sitting and/or overnight pet sitting this will require a 2 week notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total price. This is due to us turning down other customers for that period and we won't be able to find a replacement.
