Service Description
Prior to your first pet sitting appointment we will require a Meet & Greet session free of charge. For more information please view our meet and greet service or contact us directly. Our overnight pet sitting service is perfect for those of you who would like round the clock care for your beloved pets whilst you are away. Accompanied with the peace of mind that both your pet and home are being cared for, throughout the duration of your stay-away. Paws Patrol pet sitting service helps ensure that your pet has constant company, attention and affection, whilst you are away. In addition, you are provided with the reassurance that your home is secure and being looked after with care. We can provide other services within your home such as; bringing in your post, closing the curtains in the evening and watering your plants for you. Paws Patrol pet sitting provide their own food and drink and only use appliances in your home if you are comfortable with it and prior permission from you has been obtained. Overnight pet sitting services start at a time of your choosing and then finish in the morning 12 hours later. If you require a walk it will be a small additional fee of £8.00 per 30minutes (for one dog).
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a walk within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% for the service. Canceling within 24 hours requires the full amount to be paid. This is done as we would not have enough time to find a replacement. If you wish to cancel pet sitting and/or overnight pet sitting this will require a 2 week notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total price. This is due to us turning down other customers for that period and we won't be able to find a replacement.
