Service Description
Prior to your first pet sitting appointment we will require a Meet & Greet session free of charge. For more information please view our meet and greet service or contact us directly. Walks charge an additional fee for 30minutes: £8.00 and 60minutes:£15.00(These prices are based on one dog with any additional dogs living at the same address it will be an extra £2.00 per dog). Minimum 2 consecutive hours. Sometimes a visit is not enough for your pet. If you are worried about leaving your furry friend for a prolonged period of time, or evenings we can sit with your pet throughout to ensure they have company and are safe. We are happy to make this bespoke for your dog for their needs and your peace of mind. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a walk within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% for the service. Canceling within 24 hours requires the full amount to be paid. This is done as we would not have enough time to find a replacement. If you wish to cancel pet sitting and/or overnight pet sitting this will require a 2 week notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total price. This is due to us turning down other customers for that period and we won't be able to find a replacement.
